Shipping policy

At Racecraft Australia, we understand you're eager to get your hands on your new gear. We strive to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. All orders are carefully packaged with care in our satchels or specialist packaging for larger items.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). Most orders are shipped the next business day. Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances may cause slight delays. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you directly.

Australian Shipping

We utilise a range of carriers to ensure the best balance of speed, cost, and reliability for your order.

1. Standard Parcels & Satchels (Under 5kg)

  • Your order will be shipped via MailPlus (a StarTrack Premium service).

  • This is a fast and reliable service with full tracking.

  • Expected Delivery: 1-5 business days after dispatch.

2. Express Shipping

  • Available at checkout for most orders.

  • Expected Delivery: 1-3 business days after dispatch.

3. Large, Heavy & Free Shipping Items (e.g., Exhaust Systems)
To offer our customers great value, especially on large items, we use a network of budget-friendly carriers for our Free Shipping option. This includes providers like Couriers Please, Aramex, Hunter Express, and Allied Express.

  • Please Note: These services are cost-effective but not as efficient as our premium partners.

  • Realistic Delivery Times: 5-10 business days after dispatch is standard. Deliveries are rarely under 3 days unless local to WA.

  • Item Separation: Large exhaust systems are often shipped in 2-4 separate bundles for logistical reasons. It is common for these packages to be split and arrive on different days. Please allow a few extra days for all pieces to arrive.

  • Heavy Item Transit: As a general note, any item over 15kg can experience additional transit time due to the complexities of freight logistics.

International Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: We offer international shipping with an expected delivery timeframe of 12-20 business days after dispatch. Please note that international customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
