Scratch Prevention

OPTiX Shampoo is designed to prevent any scratching on your paint. However it is difficult to give a perfect result no matter the product. Always take note in the condition of your wash mitts and drying towels as failure to do so can cause scratches.

Finish

This amazing shampoo will give your pride and joy that great finish without leaving any annoying soapy residue. The suds will wash straight off your car and will leave a clean & clear finish.

Non-Invasive Formula

Like the OPTiX Matte Shampoo, this formula is non-invasive and harmless to work done on your car. It will give you great cleaning results without stripping any waxes, sealants or any SiO2-based coatings.

How To Use:

1. Wash the vehicle down (preferably with a pressure washer to remove excess dirt and grime).
   
2. Fill a wash bucket with 15-20L of water.
3. Pour 30-100mL of shampoo into the wash bucket.
4. Use a wash mitt with solution to wipe and clean car.
5. Every 3 or so panels rinse and clean the wash mitt, then dip into wash bucket and repeat until car is clean.
6. Rinse down the car with a pressure washer or hose sprayer.
7. Dry with a microfiber towel or blower.

International Shipping:

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
