We want you, our customer to be 100% happy with your purchase. Please reach out to us if you have any queries regarding our Policy below!
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused & in the exact same condition that you received it/them. Your item(s) must also be in the original packaging with all included extra's within.
Your item needs to have the receipt of proof of purchase. Order number is essential. Plus full name and address in which the item was originally sent. Simply write your information onto a note for us to find upon return.
Please note that ALL items purchased on Promotion or Special Discounted Sale are not refundable.
All returns, due to change of mind, that used our Free Shipping Option are subject to original shipping costs in which we, the company, absorbed.
Returns claims for damaged clothing or merchandise must be made within the first 7 days of delivery. Please notify us immediately should their be a quality issue.
We understand that sometimes the sizing can be an issue (we do offer sizing charts on our store). We do not mind exchanges for alternate sizes as long as this is done within the first 14 days. It is your responsibility to pay for return postage as well as re-delivery postage. We encourage a separate order to be placed as we pay for the shipping free of charge.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the garment/item is NOT in its original packaging and/or any of the below factors come into play. See Below.
*Returns should be as new and in the original packaging. They must not show any signs of use including tears, dirt, smears, marks, perfume, deodorant, body odor, animal hairs, foreign debris or fake tan. If an item is returned in unsatisfactory condition then we reserve the right to refuse refund.
It is advised that you contact us first and provide us with photographs of the item before the return shipping process has begun. This can help avoid unnecessary expenditure on your behalf should the item(s) not qualify for a return.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies or banking institutions policies.
Transport Insurance is not covered under the Free Shipping Option.
You, the customer, will be responsible for organizing and paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. It is suggested that you consider registered or assured shipping to negate any complications that may arise should the item become lost in transit. We cannot be held responsible for any incidents or accidents that arise while the products are under the responsibility of the shipping/freight company used. The package/carton/box must be labelled correctly so we can identify who has returned the product and other relevant information.
